Staff Sandra (Sandy) Rodriguez admitted to using innapropriate form of discipline by throwing water at child in an attempt to have her stop, and have her snap out of her uncontrollable behavior. This is a violation of WAC 110-300-0331 (1) (c) Dispute Description: We dispute the finding for Provider Case ID PC-331173. We dispute the Observation as recorded, the interpretation of the sited WAC 110-300-0331 (1) (c), and the Risk level as Serious. We attempted to find and fill out Form 15-907 Child Care Violation Dispute Request but were not able to locate it on the Provider Portal. The licensor was not available to take our call Friday afternoon, October 15, 2021. We dispute the finding for Provider Case ID PC-331173.
